Preferred Background

• Chartered Accountant with minimum 10-12 years of experience (listed company exp. preferred)
• Manufacturing industry experience (mandatory).
• Experience in the Distillery / Brewery industry (preferred)
• Experience in organizations with multiple business segments/units.

Required Skill Set:

• Strong expertise in Management Information System (MIS) preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced data analytics and financial review capabilities.
• Ability to prepare segment-wise financial analysis and variance reporting.
• Presentation skills – ability to prepare and present insights effectively to Senior Management/Board.
• In-depth knowledge of Indirect Taxation (GST), including compliance, reconciliation, and assessments.
• Good exposure to Direct Taxation and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (FI / CO module preferred).
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools for reporting.
• Knowledge of internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide finance teams.
