We represent leading international brands such as Vat69, Black & White, Black Dog, Captain Morgan and Smirnoff etc., and they create a strong portfolio offering for retail and customers alike. We manufacture potable alcohol and blended liquor and are awarded with the franchise agreement for manufacturing and selling of series of certain popular brands of United Spirits Ltd (USL), India’s largest distiller.

AABL holds franchise agreements with United Spirits Limited (USL), India's largest distiller and a Diageo subsidiary, for the manufacture and sale of several globally recognised brands. Under these agreements, AABL produces potable alcohol and blended liquor for these brands at its Indore facility, combining world-class quality standards with its cost-efficient grain-based production process.
AABL manufactures the following internationally recognised brands under franchise agreements: Black & White Scotch Whisky, Black Dog Scotch Whisky, Captain Morgan Rum, Smirnoff Vodka, and Vat 69 Scotch Whisky. These are all brands of United Spirits Limited (USL) / Diageo, India's largest spirits company.
AABL's own brands (such as Central Province Whisky and Titanium Vodka) are proprietary brands developed, owned, and marketed by AABL. Contract-manufactured brands (such as Smirnoff and Black Dog) are owned by United Spirits Limited / Diageo; AABL manufactures and bottles these under a franchise agreement, earning manufacturing revenues without bearing the brand marketing costs.
AABL's appeal as a contract manufacturer comes from several factors: nationally recognised ENA quality from its grain-based distillery, 25 bottling lines with a 10 million case annual capacity, zero-effluent operations ensuring regulatory compliance, proven relationships with USL/Diageo, and a strategically located facility in Madhya Pradesh that provides logistics advantages for central Indian markets.
AABL's contract manufacturing and bottling capabilities are available for enquiry. Interested parties may reach out through the Investor Relations or Contact section of the website. AABL has demonstrated capacity to handle large-scale, quality-compliant bottling operations for leading international and domestic brands.
Contract manufacturing provides AABL with stable, high-volume revenue from established global brands with strong market demand. It also utilises excess capacity, amortises fixed costs, and reinforces AABL's operational reputation. The USL/Diageo relationship in particular signals quality credibility to potential new contract clients and to investors evaluating AABL's operational standards.
Contract manufacturing for USL/Diageo requires strict compliance with global quality standards among the most rigorous in the Indian spirits industry. This means AABL's facility, processes, and quality control systems are validated against international benchmarks, making it one of the most quality-certified distilleries among listed Indian spirits companies.
AABL's primary contract manufacturing business is in spirits (IMFL). For beer-related contract brewing enquiries in the same Indore geography, AABL's parent group also operates Mount Everest Breweries Limited (MEBL), which has dedicated beer brewing and canning facilities with capacity for contract beer manufacturing.
